When my mom passed away in 2016 my sisters and I learned first hand what a mess is created for the successors by having a will.
Over two years time, lawyers fees, taxes and probate court drained the estate needlessly, and were sometimes tortuous rabbit holes to go down.
In the alternative law space, there are many trust gurus that have come forward to teach fraudulent trust processes that don’t hold water in the real world, potentially leaving families devastated and destitute.
To help prevent that, coming up August 8, noon - 2 PM CDT, financial expert Brandon Sterling of Safe Haven Portfolio is coming in the House of Free Will Law Guild to do a members-only workshop on how to create a trust instead of a will that will make it seamless to pass on resources to your children (or whomever you choose).
