There Comes A Point…
There comes a point in the inner work where collecting more ideas
is no longer enough.
You've read the books.
Taken the courses.
Listened to the podcasts.
Explored the teachings.
Perhaps you've transformed your life more than once.
And yet something remains.
The same reactions.
The same patterns.
The same hidden forces shaping decisions, relationships,
creativity, purpose, and freedom.
Not because you lack understanding.
Because what governs is often unconscious.
Hidden.
Mechanical.
Invisible to the one being driven by it.
Until it is brought into the light.
The Hero's Journey Is Happening Through You
The Hero's Journey is not simply a myth. It is a living pattern. A map of consciousness that unfolds through every human life.
At each stage of the Journey, an archetypal force emerges.
The Child who hears the call.
The Rebel who fights for necessary change.
The Warrior who develops discipline and mastery.
The Nurturer who learns the wisdom of service and boundaries.
The Lover who is devoted to truth, beauty, and soul purpose.
The Hedonist who discovers that purpose is the deepest pleasure.
The King who creates a thriving kingdom through responsibility.
The Alchemist who transforms experience into wisdom and returns with the elixir.
These forces move through all of us. Sometimes consciously. Often unconsciously.
Until they are recognized, they govern from out of sight. When they are recognized, they become available rather than compulsory. Like playing!
Self Remembering Through Archetype Embodiment
Knowledge alone rarely changes anything. What begins to change us is seeing. Not thinking about it, not believing anything, not identifying. Just seeing.
Throughout this 8 workshop series, filmmaker, acting coach, and teacher of Gurdjieff's work Micah Ellars will guide powerful role-playing exercises, embodiment work, and experiential processes that bring unconscious archetypal patterns into awareness.
Patterns that have remained hidden for years can become visible in moments. The mechanisms and strategies show themselves.... while having fun playing the roles in those archetypal scenarios. It's so much fun. Because no one can predict what will come up. Hysterical laughter has been known to erupt! Revelations happen live and later.
And what can be seen can be worked with.
Archetypes Shadows & Freedom
This course is designed to help participants embody archetypes of the Hero's Journey so they can recognize and dissolve the unconscious obligations that keep archetypal patterns running unconsciously.
Not by fighting them. Not by controlling them. But by observing them clearly enough and asking key questions to release them.
You'll see the patterns that help you to greatly simplify life's challenges.
The Child's fear of survival.
The Rebel's resistance.
The Warrior's need to win.
The Nurturer's self-abandonment.
The Lover's perfectionism.
The Hedonist's attachments.
The King's addiction to power.
The Alchemist's tendency to hide their gifts.
These patterns are not who you are. They are what you can remember yourself through.
What remains when they are seen through is closer to truth. Closer to freedom. Closer to what Gurdjieff called self remembering.

The Invitation
The purpose of this work is not to become a better personality. It is not self-improvement. It is not collecting spiritual ideas.
It is to remember. To bring consciousness into what has been unconscious. To distinguish what is true from what is mechanical. To discover what remains when fear, lack, attachment, and conditioning no longer drive the chariot.
The light of consciousness can shine into the darkness. And when it does, something ancient begins to awaken.
A deeper freedom in times of unrest. A greater capacity to choose with intelligence. A life aligned with the truth. A remembering of who you are.
We would love to welcome you!!
Meet Your Guides: Beth Martens & Micah Ellars
Beth Martens and Micah Ellars bring together two complementary approaches to self-discovery, combining the wisdom of the Hero's Journey with the transformative power of embodied experience.
Beth is an author, coach, and creator of the Journey Code and CreatorCode training programs. Her work explores the eight archetypes of the Hero's Journey, helping people recognize unconscious patterns, discover their authentic purpose, and develop greater freedom and agency in their lives.
Micah is a filmmaker, trained acting coach, and inner work teacher whose approach draws on his deep study of G.I. Gurdjieff's teachings. Through guided acting and scene work, he creates opportunities for participants to experience their patterns firsthand, revealing aspects of themselves that intellectual understanding alone may never uncover.
Together, Beth and Micah make self-remembering an engaging, experiential adventure, where the archetypes become living experiences and self-awareness grows through embodiment, discovery, and play.
